The Beet of my Heart

Uncategorized

One of my favorite fruits to juice is pineapple, if I’ve got a pineapple that isn’t the sweetest it can be, or if it’s too itchy for my tongue I just juice it! Sometimes I’ll get the cheap pineapples just to juice because pineapple juice is seriously good. I also love sugar beets, but I always like mixing it with something sweet just because I like my juice sweet. So this juice is great for anyone who hates vegetable juice because this just taste fruity and sweet and delicious!

I’m often asked what I put in my juices and smoothies, but I don’t usually measure anything when I make them, but I this was pretty simple to note down. You just need 3-4 ingredients, a juicer and a thirst for good juice.

Just another note, I do love adding chia seeds into my juices because it gives me an extra boost of fiber and some much needed omega-3s and is great for post-workout!

Are you ready? Let’s get juicing!

What you’ll need:
Slow Juicer
Kife
Chopping Board
32oz jar

Ingredients:
2 small ripe Pineapples
1 medium-large Sugar Beet
2-3 Stilks Celery
1-2 Tbs Chia Seeds (Optional)

Instructions:
1) Peel, wash and chop the pineapples, sugar beet and celery.
2) Remove the leaves from the celery.
3) Put all the fruits and veggies through the juicer.
4) Mix the chia seeds in and occasionally stir so the chia seeds don’t clump up together. Let the chia seeds absorb for about 5-7 minutes.
5) Serve and Enjoy!

Simple enough right? Now get to it!

Hope you all have a great day!

Peace and love,
