Let’s call this dressing the Farm Fresh dressing because it tastes so fresh as if it were just picked from the farm and put right on your plate for your taste buds to enjoy. I personally love making dressings like this because they’re so easy to make, and you’ve got tons of flavors bursting in your mouth in each bite without any processed ingredients and it’s has no fats! It’s also amazing on its own as a raw soup!
I try to keep my meals as simple as possible and as natural and fresh! So I try not to make things with an ingredient list that goes all the way down to the floor. Which is why I enjoy having simple mono-meals or simple minimal ingredient smoothies or green smoothies.
What you’ll need:
Large Serving Bowl
Choice of Greens
Other veggies of your choice to top salad
I like Zucchini, Celery, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Cucumber, Spinach
2 Red Bell Pepper
3 Stalks Celery
1/3 cup Calamansi/Lemon Juice
1-2 Cloves garlic
*Optional: Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Olive Oil
1. Chop on chosen greens and top with other chopped raw vegetables of your choice. Set aside.
2. Remove seeds from bell peppers, remove leave from celery.
3. Chop all ingredients and put in a blender. Blend until smooth consistency.
4. Top greens and vegetables with dressing.
5. Serve, share, and enjoy!
Makes around 3 cups.
